To become a member, an applicant shall submit an application with the endorsement of two MSKC members along with membership dues  All applicants shall attend two meetings.  At the second meeting, the applicant may apply for membership.  At the third meeting, which the applicant shall attend, the application shall be read.  At the next meeting attended by the applicant, the application shall be voted on by secret ballot.
